The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year system is the top end of the liquid system warranty range. The final setup will allow for your roof to be safe and secure for AT LEAST 25 years. The warm roof layout is a lot like the 20 year variation, but with the addition of a second coating of the LIQUIFLEX®-PRO liquid system onto the original application.

This results in a complete solution to your cold roofing problems, with a covering built to last, yet very easy to apply and maintain. Below is a list of the main substrates that the system can be applied onto:

Asphalt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25-year warm roof system setup can be installed as part of our built-up warm roof system to upgrade the insulation of existing asphalt roofs. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Bitumen Felt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25-year warm roof system setup can be installed as part of our built-up warm roof system to upgrade the insulation of existing reinforced bitumen membrane roofs. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Concrete Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25-year warm roof system setup can be installed as part of our built-up warm roof system to insulate new or stripped concrete roof decks. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Metal Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25-year warm roof system setup can be installed as part of our built-up warm roof system to insulate new or stripped profiled metal decks. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Plywood Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year warm roof system can be installed as part of our built up warm roof system to insulate new or stripped plywood or OSB3 roof decks. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Single Ply Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25-year warm roof system can be installed as part of our built-up warm roof system to upgrade the insulation of existing single-ply roofs. When installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour. Existing single-ply roofs must be properly adhered or mechanically fixed.
