The 20 Year Warm Roof System – Mid-range, high quality

 

Our LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20-year warm roof system is similar to the cold roof variant, but there are a couple of additions to the basic layout for the warm roof to work. In order for the roof to be a 20-year warm roof system, you must first start with the LIQUIFLEX® PROVAP self-adhesive vapour control layer, or SA/VCL for short, which will be applied to the substrate using the accompanying primer.

Next up you will need LIQUIFLEX® PIR Insulation Panels to help hold the heat in place so that none of it escapes from the home. Once this is done, another layer of PROVAP is applied before resorting back to the original cold roof design, applying LIQUIMAT, as well as your embedment coat of the LIQUIFLEX® PRO liquid system product.

Don’t forget the LIQUITOP coat to ensure those extra 5 years are applied to the warranty of your project. Below are all of the main ways to put this 20-year warm roof system together.

Asphalt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20 year warm roof system can be applied to cleaned and prepared asphalt roofs and when installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Bitumen Felt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20 year warm roof system can be applied direct to cleaned and prepared reinforced bitumen membrane roofs and when installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Concrete Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20 year warm roof system can be applied to new or existing stripped concrete and when installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Plywood Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20 year warm roof system can be applied to new or existing stripped plywood or OSB3 roofs and when installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Single Ply Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 20-year warm roof system can be applied to properly fixed or adhered single-ply roofs and when installed by one of our licensed contractors will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.
