The 25 Year Cold Roof System – Our top of the line Cold Roof System

 

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold roof system is the top end of the liquid system warranty range. The final setup will allow for your roof to be safe and secure for AT LEAST 25 years. The layout is a lot like the 20-year system, but with the addition of a second coating of the LIQUIFLEX®-PRO liquid system onto the original application.

This results in a complete solution to your cold roofing problems, with a covering built to last, yet very easy to apply and maintain. Below is a list of the main substrates that the 25-year cold roof system can be applied onto:

Asphalt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold system can be applied to cleaned and prepared asphalt roofs. When it has been installed by one of our licensed contractors, it will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Bitumen Felt Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold system can be applied to cleaned and prepared reinforced bitumen membrane roofs. When it has been installed by one of our licensed contractors, it will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Concrete Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold system can be applied to new or existing stripped concrete. When it has been installed by one of our licensed contractors, it will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Plywood Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold system can be applied to new or existing stripped plywood or OSB3 roofs. When it has been installed by one of our licensed contractors, it will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.

Single Ply Deck

The LIQUIFLEX®-PRO 25 year cold system can be applied to properly fixed or adhered single-ply roofs. When it has been installed by one of our licensed contractors, it will be fully guaranteed against water penetration for both materials and labour.
